is an oil wetting agent and
supplemental emulsifier for
ECOMUL
systems.
APPLICATION
ECOWET
is added to EcoMul systems to
oil wet barite and drill solids.
It is used in high temperature
applications. The system should
be treated with EcoWet when
the mud weight is increased
with barite or when solids become
water wet.
RECOMMENDED
TREATMENT
Use
EcoWet
in the initial formulation at
a concentration of 2 to 4 lbs/bbl
(5.7 to 11.4 kgs/m3)
for and invert system. Use as
a treatment of water-wet solids
at concentrations from 1/4 to
2 lbs/bbl (.71 to 5.7 kgs/m3
).
