ECONITE is a liquid gilsonite dispersed in a highly inhibitive polyglycerol base for water based drilling fluids. ECONITE provides superior fluid loss control and inhibition of hydratable shales, reduces torque and drag and provides for a more stable wellbore while drillling troublesome shales and clays. ECONITE is environmentally acceptable and can be sued in high temperature environments.

ECONITE should be mixed through the rig hopper. Treat WBM systems with 1-3% by volume. Treat system as needed during drilling operations to stabilize the wellbore.
