ECO-FCG is a gilsonite based product which provides optimum filtration control for in water based muds and the ECOMUL and ECOMUL 100 oil base mud systems. Additions of ECO-FCG will reduce both API and HTHP filter losses, provide for a more stable wellbore while drillling troublesome shales and clays, and increase emulsion stability in OBM’s.

ECO-FCG should be mixed last in the ECOMUL and ECOMUL 100 oil base mud systems when preparing a fresh mud. ECO-FCG should be mixed through the rig hopper. Treat the OBM & WBM systems with 2-10 ppb. Treat system as needed during drilling operations to control filtrate loss.

ECO-FCG is packaged in 50 lb. multi-walled paper export bags, palletized and shrinkwrapped 50 sxs/pallet.
